Dynamic Simulation Modelling Techniques

DSM allows us to verify and validate the sustainable, low energy design strategies we develop for our clients. They enable us to assess the feasibility of a range of concepts developed at the early stages of the project; through to developing the chosen design strategy and predicting the performance of the completed building.

Using the most up to date and accredited DSM packages, we can accurately calculate the thermal comfort of the building during peak conditions and demonstrate that the building will meet its necessary energy performance and carbon reduction targets under the Building Regulations and other accredited assessment routes, such as BREEAM.
