Refurbishment of the executive offices within the historic Birmingham City Council House. Major upgrade of the Mechanical and Electrical services have been required as part of the overall scheme.
The project includes the full design of a bespoke low energy lighting system, which incorporates an integral facility for LV and data wiring.
Routing and fixing of services has required careful co-ordination with the existing building fabric and approval by the conservation officer.
The servicing strategy for new power and data installations fully complement the existing Architectural features of the building.
